1.2 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. If the web site is down I dont get orders so I do try and ensure it is "up" 100% of the time.

1.6 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website. I need to put this in these "terms" but i do not see how anyone can get "hurt" using a shoe lace web site.

1.8 All our orders are sent using Royal Mail Large Letter service.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

1.9 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations. Simply email me if you wish to cancel an order.

1.10 If you need to return an item simply email me and I will sort things out.
